Little Secret is something a little different for 2019! We have been working on Little secret through 2017/18, she will be a gorgeous, cosy boat for two with a vintage twist! She's perfect for couples and being a 30ft Narrowboat makes her ideal for canal boat novices. This years Lancaster music festival takes place from the 13-17 Oct at over 40 venues around the city center.
The fantastic line up includes plenty of local talent and features an array of music genres from Latin, Folk and Blues to Indie, Punk and Death Metal.
Lancaster cricket and sports club are providing camping and entertainment for just £10 per night meaning you can really indulge in the festival vibe.
Most of the events are free with some exceptions including Lancaster Castle for which there is a single £1 charge per session alternatively weekend passes with wristbands are available for just £5 and are available in advance from ticketsource or on the gate.

We think the Halloween tours at Lancaster Castle would be a great day out and even better when you arrive in Lancaster by Narrowboat!

On Halloween - when the veil between the living and dead at its thinnest - join our costumed guides for an unforgettably spooky journey around Lancaster Castle.
Meet the Witchfinder General as he seeks out the sinners to stand trial in our eighteenth century 'hanging court'. Have the opportunity to be locked into the darkest of prison cells and hear tales of ghosts, witches, villains and gruesome executions. A night that's not to be missed!
Children's tours: 5.00pm, 5.30pm, 6.00pm, 6.30pm £6.50 per ticket (all children must be accompanied by an adult).
Adult-only Tours: (ages 16 +): 7.00pm, 7.30pm and 8.00pm £8 per ticket.
Entry will be via the main gate. Tours start from outside the café and will not be going into any of the 'modern' prison wings.

RockPrest returns to Preston for another year on the first weekend in July. The event is held on Moor Park, which is around a 10 minute walk from Ashton Basin on the Lancaster canal.
The event is fun for all the family and features some of Europe's biggest tribute bands along with excellent local musicians! There will be a number of stalls, food retailers, bars, rides and a children's area .
Tickets are FREE all you have to do is pay the £2.90 booking fee, just go to the Rockprest website and order your tickets before they run out!
