Booking instructions
1. Choose which of our Narrowboats you wish to hire
2. Check your preferred dates are available using the availability calendar
3. When you have decided on your dates fill in the 'Enquiries' form. Alternatively: Call- 07951298720 Email- contact@ducklingsnarrowboathire.co.uk. Please include your preferred dates, number of people/dogs and any questions
4. We will then confirm your dates are available by Email within 24hrs, we will include our 'booking form' which includes your payment options.
5. Fill in the booking form and email it back to us at contact@ducklingsnarrowboathire.co.uk
6. Your dates will be reserved for 5 days and will be confirmed by Email upon receipt of your booking deposit/payment, this email will also include some helpful information for planning your trip.
7. Please look over our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and FAQ's to check you are happy before booking.

Please note
* We currently accept payment by direct bank transfer, paypal or cheque.
* A 25% booking deposit will be payable to secure your dates. (this is 25% of the hire fee)
* The remaining balance and a £150 refundable security deposit is due 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday
* Your security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 working days on the timely return of our boat, undamaged, reasonably clean and its contents in place.
* If you book less than 8 weeks before start of your holiday full payment will be required upon booking.
